I
am an artist/craftsman who for over 15 years has
specialized in making architecturally authentic
dolls’ houses and related models for the collector
or those seeking a decorative work of art. My houses
have been featured in The Dolls’ House Sourcebook
and I have done work for English Heritage.
Built
to the standard 1:12 scale I either make houses
to my own design, usually inspired by classic 18th
century architecture, or to customers’ specifications,
often as a replica of their own home, or a building
they particularly cherish. Whatever the enterprise
each work is a unique piece with meticulously hand
painted and decorated interior and exterior, as
I hope is evident from the accompanying illustrations.
